Seagraves Appointed VP
at Foundation for Tri-State Community

   Ashland – Sheri Seagraves has been appointed vice president of the Foundation for the Tri-State Community, according to Mary Witten Wiseman, the foundation's president.
   seagraves_200702"The foundation is pleased that a highly regarded community leader, such as Ms. Seagraves, has agreed to join the foundation," said Wiseman.  "Her experience and training will be invaluable as the foundation expands its activities."
   Seagraves has most recently headed CAReS, the Ashland-based non-profit, social services agency that provides assistance and referral services to the needy. She previously worked at the Center for Non-Profit Leadership at the University of Kentucky. A native and resident of Grayson, Ky., Seagraves is a graduate of Washington University, St. Louis, Mo., and is currently seeking a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Kentucky's Martin School of Public Policy and Administration. 
  Seagraves is a former member of the board of directors of River Cities Harvest and the Community Kitchen, both in Ashland.
